Rules


GENERAL

Read all rules and 'Filling Out Your Application' before posting your character application
No fighting with staff members or other community members
You may only advertise on the advertisement board
No chatspeak or smilies anywhere besides the OOC boards


POSTING

Your display name must be your character's first and last name
If you have multiple characters, you must have multiple accounts
You must post in size 1 font and stick to the default colour


ROLE PLAYING

You must be approved by two administrators or staff members before you can post IC
No godmoding - you cannot control any character besides your own
Posts must be a minimum of 300 words
Sexual content is fine, but be respectful and put a warning on the topic title
No supernatural, mythological, famous or cartoon characters


IMAGES

Your signature cannot exceed 400x200 pixels
All avatars are 100x100 pixels
You must have an avatar for your character
No nudity in your signatures or avatars
You may use icons for your signature


SURPRISES

You must receive permission from an administrator or staff member in order to discover a new piece of the island
If an administrator or staff member posts in your thread with a surprise, you must play off the random event


KIDNAPPING

Administrators and staff members are the only ones allowed to kidnap a character
If kidnapped, you will be directed to a password protected board
You are not allowed to share the password with any other members
If you do not wish to be kidnapped, you can decline through a private message to an administrator
You may not discuss the kidnapping unless you are in character and posting in a thread
